Engraving services are offered for our valuable customers at TweezerWorld for few specific categories of tweezers. This is performed to transform your product into something unique and personal look.
If you are interested to personalize, please attach your logo or company name.
We accept orders minimum of 100 units. However our production capacity is tens of thousands. For samples, please contact our office.
We use a systematic approach to pricing. Pricing has a direct effect on your order quantity. We do our best to offer your competitive prices. We can price you individually for custom made orders. Otherwise have have generalised range of products and hence pricipals of pricing. Prices on the website can be updated without requiring any permissions from a third party. We are not bound to send notifications before changes.
We work with advance payment of 100% of the invoice value. However if we need to split payments for some kind of special case, we can split it between product price and the shipping charges. And before the dispatch, all of the payment will be cleared. Products are the property of TweezerWorld until paid in full. See the link for more information on methods of payments.

If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete your order we will cancel the order and email you explaining why (for instance, a stock shortage, inability to obtain payment, or the identification of a pricing, product or product description fault).
On the rare occasion you receive a damaged or faulty Product, please contact us for advice before returning at email@example.com. Please ensure that you include your order number in the email.
All damaged or faulty Products should be returned within 15 days from purchase and accompanied with proof of purchase. Damaged or faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
We operate 30 days return/refund policy in the real cases like an item is not working properly according to its nature & description as per deal was done.
Buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the product is damaged or not as described.
The company will replace the same product, but the postage and shipping cost will be on buyer side.
We don’t offer exchanges, only refunds or replacement of the product. You have 30 days from the date of delivery receipt to return the item. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods and another 15 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. Simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
We only refund goods that have not been used, or damaged on delivery, or defective items. We cannot accept used or opened goods to be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyers will be responsible for return postage if they simply change their mind or have ordered wrong size/colour etc.
