TWEEZER WORLD® inspects products before dispatch and packages orders for international delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, please follow this Claim Policy so our team can review and resolve the issue efficiently.

This policy applies to retail, wholesale, sample, OEM, private-label, and custom-manufacturing orders purchased directly from TWEEZER WORLD®. A claim concerns a problem with the order received. For change-of-mind returns or unused standard products, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Issues Covered by This Policy

You may submit a claim for:

  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect products, shapes, sizes, colors, finishes, logos, or packaging
  • Missing products or a confirmed quantity shortage
  • Visible manufacturing defects
  • Functional defects, including tip misalignment, improper closing, or another fault that prevents the product from performing its confirmed intended function
  • A shipment shown as delivered but not received, subject to courier investigation

2. Claim Deadline

Claims for visible damage, transit damage, missing quantities, or incorrect products must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

If a manufacturing defect could not reasonably be identified during the initial inspection, contact us promptly after discovering it. We will assess the issue based on the product, order terms, use, care, and any applicable legal requirements.

A claim submitted after the applicable period may be refused if the delay prevents us or the courier from verifying the issue. This does not limit any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.

3. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Before using, selling, sterilizing, relabelling, or distributing the products:

  1. Check the outer carton, courier bag, seals, and shipping label.
  2. Count the cartons, packages, and products received.
  3. Compare the products with your order confirmation, invoice, approved sample, artwork, or specification sheet.
  4. Inspect product condition, tip alignment, finish, logo, and packaging where applicable.
  5. Keep the original carton, internal packaging, labels, and affected products until the claim is closed.

For wholesale, OEM, and private-label shipments, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unpacking video. An opening video can help establish the condition and quantity of the goods at delivery, especially when a carton is damaged or items are missing.

4. How to Submit a Claim

Email support@tweezerworld.com with the subject line Order Claim – [Order or Invoice Number]. You may also contact us by WhatsApp at +92-321-6194723.

Please provide:

  • Your full name, company name, email address, and delivery address
  • Shopify order number, invoice number, or purchase reference
  • Delivery date and courier tracking number
  • Product name, SKU or model, and the quantity affected
  • A clear description of the issue and when it was discovered
  • Clear photographs of the affected products from multiple angles
  • A short video demonstrating any functional problem, such as tip alignment, closing, tension, or finish failure
  • For shipping damage: photographs of the outer carton, shipping label, seals, internal packaging, and damaged products
  • For quantity claims: the number ordered, number received, number affected, and photographs or video showing the full received quantity
  • For OEM or private-label claims: the approved proof, specification, sample reference, or other document showing the confirmed requirement

We may request additional photographs, measurements, batch details, samples, or an independent courier inspection where reasonably necessary.

5. Keep the Products and Packaging

Do not discard, destroy, repair, bend, sharpen, alter, recoat, relabel, sterilize, or return a claimed product unless TWEEZER WORLD® gives written instructions. A claim may be refused if the product or packaging is unavailable for verification or has been altered after delivery.

Do not send any product back without written return authorization and the correct return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for shipping reimbursement.

6. Claim Review

Our team will begin the review after receiving the required information. We may compare the claim with:

  • The order confirmation, invoice, quotation, or purchase agreement
  • Approved artwork, digital proof, specification sheet, or pre-production sample
  • Production and batch-inspection records, where available
  • Packing records, carton weight, dispatch photographs, or videos, where available
  • Courier tracking, proof of delivery, and carrier investigation results
  • The condition, care, handling, and use of the affected products

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each claim is assessed on its evidence and the confirmed order requirements.

7. Available Resolutions

If the claim is approved, TWEEZER WORLD® may provide one or more appropriate remedies, depending on the nature and extent of the confirmed issue:

  • Technical guidance or adjustment instructions
  • Repair of the affected product
  • Replacement of the affected quantity
  • Replacement of an incorrect or missing item
  • Account credit or partial refund for the affected quantity
  • Refund of the affected product price when repair or replacement is not reasonable or available

A defect affecting only part of an order does not normally qualify the entire order for replacement or refund. The resolution will generally apply to the verified affected products or quantity.

Replacement products will normally follow the originally confirmed specification. If the same product, finish, logo, or packaging is unavailable, we will discuss a reasonable alternative before proceeding.

8. Return and Shipping Costs for Approved Claims

If TWEEZER WORLD® confirms a manufacturing defect, packing error, or incorrect product supplied by us, we will provide return or replacement instructions and confirm the applicable shipping arrangement in writing.

If inspection shows that the issue resulted from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration, improper care, or a request outside the confirmed specification, the customer may be responsible for inspection, return, repair, and reshipping costs.

Original express shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other government charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

9. Transit Damage, Lost Shipments, and Courier Claims

If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening. If practical, ask the courier to record the damage at delivery. Keep all packaging while the investigation is open.

For a package marked as delivered but not received, first check the delivery address, reception area, household or business members, neighbors, and any safe location noted by the courier. Then contact us promptly with the tracking number. We will assist with the carrier investigation, but the outcome may depend on the courier's proof of delivery and investigation.

Delivery delays, customs holds, and carrier service interruptions are handled under our Shipping Policy and are not product-defect claims.

10. OEM, Private-Label, and Custom Orders

Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications, artwork, colors, finishes, packaging, and tolerances confirmed before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and specifications.

The following are not normally considered manufacturing defects:

  • Logo, artwork, spelling, placement, or packaging content produced according to the customer's approved proof
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, coating batches, material, or production method
  • Minor dimensional, weight, tension, finish, or placement variation within an agreed specification or reasonable manufacturing tolerance
  • Changes requested after the customer approved the sample, proof, or production specification

A result outside the approved specification or agreed tolerance may qualify for review. For a bulk-order claim, identify the total quantity inspected, the affected quantity by SKU or carton, and representative evidence showing the issue across that quantity.

11. Claims Not Covered

Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, this policy does not cover:

  • Change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong product
  • Normal wear, gradual loss of sharpness or grip, or expected finish wear
  • Damage caused by dropping, bending, sharpening, incorrect storage, excessive force, or unauthorized repair
  • Damage caused by adhesives, removers, disinfectants, sterilization, heat, chemicals, or cleaning methods not suitable for the product
  • Use of a product for an application for which it was not designed or confirmed
  • Products that have been used, resold, repackaged, relabelled, modified, or mixed with other stock before inspection
  • Minor appearance differences that do not affect function and fall within the approved specification or reasonable manufacturing tolerance
  • Customer-approved artwork or specification errors
  • Customs delays, import restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect delivery information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, or third-party costs, subject to our Terms and Conditions and applicable law

12. False or Misleading Claims

We may refuse a claim containing altered evidence, inconsistent quantities, false information, or products that do not belong to the relevant order. TWEEZER WORLD® reserves the right to protect itself against fraudulent or abusive claims.

13. Consumer Rights

This Claim Policy is intended to provide a clear process for resolving order issues. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's country. If a mandatory law provides greater protection, that law will apply to the extent required.
