Return, Refund & Claims Policy – TWEEZER WORLD

At TWEEZER WORLD, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Every product undergoes strict quality control before shipment. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review the following policy.


Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt.

Please check:

  • Product condition
  • Quantity received
  • Product specifications
  • Packaging condition
  • Shipping damage

Any issues must be reported within the timeframes specified in this policy.

Failure to report issues within the required period may affect claim eligibility.


Claims for Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or models

You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Required Documentation

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A short video showing the issue (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the problem

Repair Policy

If a product is determined to be repairable, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to TWEEZER WORLD.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • After repair, the product will be returned to the customer.
  • Return shipping charges may apply.

Repair eligibility will be determined after inspection by our quality control team.


Replacement Policy

If our inspection confirms that a product cannot be repaired and qualifies under this policy:

  • A replacement product will be provided.
  • Replacement processing begins after claim approval.
  • Replacement items will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible based on stock availability.

TWEEZER WORLD reserves the right to replace products with equivalent products if the original item is unavailable.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Customized products
  • OEM products
  • Private label products
  • Special-order products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or discontinued items

Return authorization must be obtained before sending any items back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refund Policy

Once returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Express delivery charges

Wholesale, OEM & Private Label Orders

Due to the customized nature of wholesale and manufacturing services:

  • OEM orders are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Private label orders are non-refundable after artwork approval.
  • Customized products cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.
  • Deposits paid for custom manufacturing projects are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


Shipping Damage

If products are damaged during transit:

  • Notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • Retain all packaging materials.
  • Provide photographs of both the product and shipping carton.

We will work with the shipping carrier and the customer to reach a fair resolution.
