  • Required Proof
    Send clear photos and a short video of the damaged or incorrect item to support@tweezerworld.com for review.

  • Repairable Items

    • If the item is repairable, you must return it at your own shipping cost.

    • We will repair the item and ship it back to you (shipping cost borne by the customer).

  • Replacement Items

    • If the item is not repairable, we will replace it promptly.

    • Replacement processing will begin once we confirm the issue.

  • Missing or Incorrect Items
    If your order has missing or incorrect products (e.g., size, color, or style), we will resolve the issue as per our policy.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds apply only to unused and eligible products.
