Shipping Details
The following delivery times are, therefore, to be used for information.
- United States/Canada: 7-15 business days (via DHL).
- In addition, for the United Kingdom, Germany, and other European countries: 10-20 business days (DHL global mail).
- Meanwhile, for Australia and New Zealand: 10 business days.
- On the other hand, for Russia: 15-20 business days.
- Finally, for South American countries: 10-25 business days.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
