A new precision-tool category should begin with product evaluation, not assumptions. This trial lets your purchasing, technical and sales teams compare selected tool geometries, contact materials, finishes and operating tension before choosing inventory for your market.
After testing, approved models can move into wholesale supply or an OEM/private-label program with agreed specifications, branding and packaging.
The set can be adjusted to match the customers you serve. A typical evaluation mix includes:
For controlled handling, inspection, positioning and general precision work.
For applications where an angled approach improves access or working visibility.
For side access, fine components and delicate positioning tasks.
For buyers evaluating a non-metallic contact surface. Ceramic composition, temperature limits, electrical properties and chemical compatibility must be confirmed for the exact model and application.
A self-closing configuration that holds an item until pressure is applied to open the tool.
For evaluating broader or specialized contact surfaces where reducing visible marking on delicate, coated or finished parts is important.
Tell us the components, samples or surfaces your customers handle. We can recommend a more relevant mix instead of supplying the same set to every distributor.
Each selected model can be supplied with an evaluation card or specification summary containing available product-specific information:
| Field | Information |

For enhanced product identification and batch information, ask about the QR Technical Record.
Not every stainless-steel, ceramic-tip or precision tweezer should automatically be described as ESD-safe. If your customers require electrostatic-discharge control, please provide the applicable standard, resistance range, test method, working environment and documentation requirements.
We will evaluate the requirement against the exact model before making an ESD-related product claim. You can also review our ESD and Anti-Static Tweezers.
For a broader multi-industry sample program, view the Technical Distributor Evaluation Pack.
Approved tools can be developed into a distributor-branded range. Depending on the model and order, available options may include:
All specifications, markings and packaging are confirmed before bulk production. Learn more about OEM and Private-Label Tweezer Manufacturing.

No. ESD performance is model- and specification-dependent. Required electrical characteristics, test methods and documentation must be agreed before an ESD claim is confirmed.
Replacement-tip availability depends on the selected model. Where a replaceable configuration is available, the compatible tip reference can be included in the product information.
Yes. Branding and packaging can be developed for approved OEM/private-label projects, subject to model, quantity and production feasibility.
