OEM & Private Label Orders

For OEM, custom-manufactured, and private label products:

  • Warranty coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.
  • Approved artwork, logos, colors, packaging, and custom specifications are the responsibility of the customer once approved before production.
  • Customized products are generally not eligible for return unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

TWEEZER WORLD will review each case individually to determine appropriate action.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

  • Quantity
  • Specifications
  • Packaging
  • Color & Finish
  • Custom Branding Details

Any concerns should be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this period may affect warranty eligibility.
