Our Six-Step Sample Evaluation Process

1. Share your requirements: Send product type, tip shape, material, preferred finish, quantity, logo artwork and destination country.
2. Confirm the sample quotation: Review available configurations, sample costs, freight charges and estimated dispatch time before payment.
3. Inspect the physical samples: Check tip alignment and closure, grip performance for the intended task, spring tension, handle comfort, dimensions and surface finish.
4. Approve branding and packaging: Review logo position, engraving legibility, colors, labels and packaging samples where ordered.
5. Record feedback: Send photographs, test observations and requested changes. Revised samples may require an additional quotation.
6. Authorize bulk production: Approve the final sample or agreed specification in writing, then confirm MOQ, unit price, tolerances, inspection requirements, lead time, payment terms and shipping terms in the proforma invoice.
