Required engineering approval before use
Define component geometry and allowable contact regions with the buyer. Request measured tip dimensions, spring/closing force, substrate and coating identification, inspection photos, traceable SKU or sample IDs and handling risk assessment. Verify required particle, outgassing, ESD or cleaning tests separately where specified; no ESD, cleanroom or other certification is claimed.
