45° Light Tension Lash Tweezers

Light tension describes the force needed to close the tweezer arms; it does not, by itself, specify the tweezer's weight. A 45° working tip changes the approach angle for lash pickup and placement. Whether a model feels comfortable or holds a particular fiber consistently depends on its spring tension, tip geometry, closing contact and your technique.

What to Compare Before Approval

  • Closing force: Ask for the selected model's tension classification or an agreed measurement method.
  • Working tip: Compare tip length, contact area and alignment. Confirm whether the chosen model has a smooth or textured inner tip.
  • Real lash fibers: Test pickup with your usual lash diameters and fan method rather than relying on a general performance claim.
  • Handling: Check the body length, finish and grip during a normal work session.

TWEEZER WORLD® reviews OEM and private-label requests by model. Share your target tension, tip shape, preferred finish and sample quantity so the proposed specification can be assessed before bulk approval.
