Compare contact geometries for semiconductor packages, die coupons, interposers and delicate substrates before approving a handling tool. TWEEZER WORLD® offers a configurable evaluation set for engineering teams, laboratories, technical distributors and OEM buyers developing manual inspection, positioning and transfer procedures.
Request a quotation: the final tool count, models, materials, packaging, price and lead time are agreed after application review. This is a custom evaluation offer, not a prequalified production-handling system.
| Candidate geometry | What to evaluate |
|---|---|
| Ultra-fine straight | Direct access to approved robust package-contact areas. |
| Fine 30° | Shallow-angle access and visibility under magnification. |
| Fine 45° | Side access around adjacent structures. |
| Broad paddle / tab-contact | Support footprint, closing clearance and alignment on approved substrate areas. |
| Ceramic-contact straight or curved | Alternative contact material and geometry on representative parts. |
| Controlled-contact / alternative-material tips | Surface marking, contact pressure and release behavior. |
| Light-force reverse action, subject to feasibility | Retention and release at an agreed measured closing force. |
These are candidate configurations. No fixed seven-piece contents are implied; the quotation and approved sample list define what is supplied.
Provide the component drawing, dimensions, thickness, weight, edge condition, coatings and permitted contact zones. State whether the part is a packaged device, bare die, interposer, wafer coupon or another substrate. Fine metal points and broad wafer paddles are not interchangeable.
For bare dies, thin substrates, microbumps, bond pads and exposed active surfaces, follow the component manufacturer's handling instructions. Use only approved contact areas. If direct mechanical gripping is unsuitable, the handling process may require a qualified vacuum pickup, carrier or fixture instead.
Numerical dimensions, force limits and compatible die sizes are not yet specified for this configurable set. Request a model-specific measured sheet before approval. ESD, magnetic response, cleanliness, chemical compatibility and non-marring performance require evidence for the exact finished tool and intended process. Ceramic contact alone does not establish ESD safety or scratch-free handling.
Project options include laser branding, model numbers, traceable batch identification, protective sleeves, tip guards, compartment cases and technical cards. Custom tip geometry, contact material or spring force is subject to manufacturing review and physical sample approval. Documentation is supplied according to the agreed inspection scope.
Send drawings, component dimensions, contact-zone requirements, quantity, delivery country and required test documentation to tweezersworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 321 6194723.
No. The sample count and exact contents are defined in your quotation and approval record.
No. Suitability depends on the component, contact zone, force and handling process. Evaluate the exact sample before production use.
No blanket qualification is claimed. Request test evidence for each required configuration.
Yes, subject to agreed model identification, packaging and sample approval.
