Support controlled component handling with Precision Electronics Tweezers for Soldering and Maintenance manufactured by TWEEZER WORLD®. Developed for detailed technical work, this hand tool can be used to pick up, position, hold, and inspect small parts during PCB assembly, electronics repair, soldering preparation, and equipment maintenance.
The slim stainless-steel body provides clear visibility around small parts and restricted working areas. The working-tip shape, length, spring tension, material, and surface finish should be confirmed for the selected model before ordering.
This is a manual precision tweezer. It is not a heated soldering tweezer, soldering iron, electrical test probe, or electrically insulated safety tool.
TWEEZER WORLD® manufactures professional tweezers in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply electronics technicians, repair networks, laboratories, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label tool brands with standard models, samples, customized production, and branded packaging.

These electronics soldering tweezers may be evaluated for:
The tool should be removed from direct heat before the temperature exceeds the verified limit of its material or coating. Do not publish a heat-resistance value without product-specific test information.
The working tip is the most important functional area of a precision electronics tweezer. Tip geometry affects visibility, access, contact area, and the size of component that can be handled.
Available configurations may include:
A straight fine-point model offers direct access to small parts in open working areas. It may be suitable for PCB inspection, small-component pickup, and general electronics assembly.
A curved model can improve visibility around components on populated circuit boards. The curved profile may also provide access inside compact devices.
An angled working end may improve hand clearance and component visibility. Common configurations can include 30-degree and 45-degree tip angles.
A broader working surface may be selected when a very fine point would concentrate excessive force on a component. The exact width and geometry should be stated in the model specification.
Reverse-action tweezers remain closed at rest and open when pressure is applied. This configuration can be useful when a component must remain held without continuous squeezing.
The exact model shown in the product images should match the written tip description. Do not describe a straight model as curved, locking, or reverse-action unless its construction provides that feature.

Do not publish “German grade,” “surgical steel,” exact hardness, corrosion-proof, non-magnetic, heat-resistant, or ESD-safe unless those claims are supported for the exact supplied model.
The expressions anti-static, ESD-safe, conductive, and static dissipative do not automatically describe the same performance.
An ordinary stainless-steel tweezer is usually electrically conductive, but conductivity alone does not demonstrate that the tool is suitable for a professional ESD-control program. A black coating or colored surface is also not proof of ESD performance.
Before describing this product as an anti-static electronics tweezer or ESD-safe soldering tweezer, confirm:
Testing only the raw steel or coating material is not necessarily equivalent to testing the finished tweezer. The electrical path may be affected by coatings, handles, replaceable tips, screws, adhesives, and normal wear.
The tweezer should be treated as one item within the customer’s complete ESD-control system. It does not replace grounding equipment, approved work surfaces, ESD packaging, wrist straps, footwear, staff training, or compliance verification.
Read our guide about how electronics distributors evaluate ESD tweezer specifications.
This product is a manual component-handling tweezer. It may be used to position or hold a part before soldering, provided the user follows appropriate workshop procedures.
A heated soldering tweezer is a separate powered tool with two heated working ends. It is used to apply heat directly to both sides of a component during soldering or desoldering.
This manual product does not:
Using accurate terminology prevents customer confusion and reduces unsuitable product claims.
TWEEZER WORLD® was established in 2017 in Sialkot, Pakistan, continuing a family manufacturing tradition that began in 1969. Our Sialkot operation manufactures tweezers for electronics, watchmaking, jewelry, laboratory, beauty, and other precision applications.
Manufacturing stages may include:
The approved specification should identify the exact material, length, weight, tip geometry, tension, surface finish, technical performance, branding, and packaging.

Every professional tweezer requires both functional and cosmetic inspection. Quality-control checkpoints may include:
Where resistance performance is agreed, the inspection plan should also identify the equipment, test method, sample quantity, acceptance limits, and batch-record requirements.

A sample should be evaluated before bulk production. The approved sample can then become the reference for the manufacturing batch.
Record the following during sample approval:
For repeat orders, provide the previous purchase order and approved model reference. This helps the factory compare the new production batch with the previously accepted specification.
TWEEZER WORLD® offers OEM and private-label manufacturing for electronics-tool companies, distributors, repair networks, training suppliers, and technical brands.
Available customization may include:
A complete OEM inquiry should state the intended application, component type, tip geometry, material, dimensions, spring tension, finish, resistance requirement, quantity, branding, packaging and destination country.
Visit our OEM and Private-Label Manufacturing page and review the TWEEZER WORLD® OEM Process.
Available packaging may include:
Packaging should protect the working tips from impact, side pressure, moisture, and contact with other metal tools.
