Build a more versatile technical workstation with the 9-Piece Precision Electronics Tweezer Set manufactured by TWEEZER WORLD®. This organized kit contains nine tweezer profiles for handling, positioning, holding and inspecting small components during PCB assembly, electronics repair, SMD work and other detailed technical applications.
Different electronic components require different access angles, contact surfaces and holding methods. A straight fine-point tweezer may provide direct access to an open circuit board, while a curved or angled model can improve visibility around populated areas. Broader tips can support larger components, and reverse-action models can hold selected parts without continuous finger pressure.
The exact nine-piece configuration should be confirmed from the product photographs, selected variant and written specification before ordering.
TWEEZER WORLD® manufactures precision tweezers in Sialkot, Pakistan. We supply electronics-tool brands, repair networks, technical laboratories, wholesalers and distributors with standard sets, samples, custom configurations and private-label packaging.

Depending on the selected configuration, this stainless steel electronics tweezer kit may contain:
Do not publish a precise list of included shapes until the contents have been checked against the product photographs and warehouse stock. If the kit changes, create a new variant or update the specification instead of supplying an undocumented substitute.
This nine-piece set may be evaluated for:
The correct tweezer should be selected according to component size, access angle, contact requirement and workplace control procedures.
Fine straight tweezers provide direct access to small parts in open working areas. They may be suitable for PCB inspection and general component positioning.
Curved tweezers can improve visibility around components on populated circuit boards and inside compact devices.
A 30-degree or 45-degree tip can provide additional hand clearance when approaching a component from the side.
Broader tips distribute contact across a larger area. They may be preferable when a very fine point could concentrate pressure on a component.
Reverse-action models close at rest and open when the handles are pressed. They may be used for temporary component holding without continuous squeezing.
Each model should have its own number or case position. This helps professional users select the correct tool and allows replacement models to be reordered accurately.

The exact material, length, weight, tip dimensions, coating and electrical performance should be documented separately for every model included in the set.
The expressions ESD-safe, anti-static, conductive, static dissipative and electrically insulated do not describe identical properties.
Uncoated stainless-steel tweezers are normally conductive. Conductivity alone does not establish that the complete set is suitable for an ESD-control program. A black coating or colored handle is also not proof of anti-static performance.
Before publishing an ESD precision tweezer set claim, retain technical information for all nine tools, including:
Testing one tool does not automatically qualify the other eight models. Every different material, coating or construction should be covered by the approved specification.
These tweezers must not be described as electrically insulated or suitable for live electrical work unless the exact tools have been independently designed, tested, voltage-rated and marked for that purpose.
Read our guide explaining how electronics distributors evaluate ESD tweezer specifications.
TWEEZER WORLD® was established in 2017 in Sialkot, Pakistan, continuing a family manufacturing tradition that began in 1969. Our Sialkot manufacturing operation produces precision tweezers for electronics, watchmaking, jewelry, laboratory and other professional applications.
Production stages may include:
The approved set specification should identify each model, material, dimensions, tip profile, spring tension, finish, technical performance and assigned case position.

Every set may be inspected for:
Where an ESD requirement is agreed, the inspection plan should also identify the test equipment, method, sample quantity, resistance limits and batch-record requirements.

Professional buyers should inspect an evaluation set before bulk production. The approved nine-piece sample can become the functional and visual reference for the manufacturing batch.
Record the following during approval:
For repeat orders, provide the previous purchase order and approved set reference. This reduces the risk of model substitutions and helps maintain consistent production.
TWEEZER WORLD® provides OEM and private-label manufacturing for electronics-tool companies, distributors, repair networks, laboratories and technical training suppliers.
Customization options may include:
A complete OEM request should identify the intended applications, nine required models, material, dimensions, finish, electrical requirements, quantity, branding, packaging and destination market.
Visit our OEM and Private-Label Manufacturing page and review the TWEEZER WORLD® OEM Process.
Available packaging may include:
Packaging should keep the working tips separated and protected from impact, side pressure and contact with other tools.
