Compare precision tweezer geometries for approved contact areas on photonics packages, VCSEL packages, optical-module parts and optoelectronic subassemblies. TWEEZER WORLD® offers a configurable tweezers evaluation set for engineering teams, laboratories, technical distributors and OEM buyers selecting manual handling tools.
Request a quotation: exact model selection, tool count, materials, measured specifications, packaging, price and lead time are confirmed after application review. The set is intended for customer evaluation before production approval.
| Candidate model | Evaluation purpose |
|---|---|
| Ultra-fine straight | Direct access to permitted package-contact areas. |
| Fine 30° | Shallow-angle approach and microscope viewing clearance. |
| Fine 45° | Side access around adjacent structures. |
| Ceramic straight | Alternative contact material with a direct approach. |
| Ceramic curved | Alternative contact material with angled access. |
| Reverse action | Temporary retention and release at an agreed closing force. |
| Controlled-contact / alternative-material model | Contact footprint and surface-marking trials on representative parts. |
This is a configurable photonics and VCSEL tweezers offer. The quotation and approved sample list define the supplied contents; the candidate list does not imply a fixed seven-piece pack.
Provide the component drawing, dimensions, surface finish, weight and areas the tool may touch. Distinguish packaged devices from bare VCSEL dies and identify emitting apertures, optical faces, coatings, bond pads and wire bonds that must remain untouched.
Component-manufacturer handling instructions take priority. Use representative non-critical samples for evaluation. If mechanical gripping cannot meet the contact restrictions, review a qualified vacuum pickup, carrier or fixture instead. This tweezers set is not a blanket approval for handling exposed optical or active surfaces.
Numerical dimensions, force limits and material grades are confirmed for the selected samples. No blanket ESD-safe, anti-magnetic, cleanroom or scratch-free claim applies. Ceramic tips can still mark sensitive surfaces; suitability depends on geometry, force and the exact component. Required electrical, magnetic, cleanliness or marking performance must be supported by model-specific evidence.
Options include laser logos, model marking, batch identification, protective sleeves, tip guards, compartment cases and technical cards. Custom contact geometry, material and spring force are subject to manufacturing feasibility and physical sample approval. Documentation and inspection scope are agreed for each order.
Send drawings, permitted contact zones, process requirements, quantity and delivery country to tweezersworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 321 6194723. We will review the configuration and confirm sample pricing, packaging and lead time.
The tool count and exact models are agreed in the quotation and approved sample list.
Only if the exact tool and process are qualified for the component's permitted contact zones. The product name alone does not establish suitability.
No. Verify the complete model and intended surface using the required tests.
Yes. Branding, model identifiers and protective packaging are reviewed with the tweezers sample configuration.
