Black Diamond-Grip Lash Tweezers: Five-Profile Sample Approval
A five-profile set can help a lash brand or academy compare different tweezer shapes, but approval should be controlled by profile number and inspection record. Black color and diamond grip describe appearance and handle texture; they do not confirm tip contact, alignment or suitability for a technique.
Assign a purpose to each profile
Define why each of the five tools is included—for example isolation, classic pickup, volume work, fan-making or another stated technique. Use stable model codes and avoid relying on position or shape names alone. Relevant starting points include professional lash tweezers, volume lash tweezers and mega-volume lash tweezers.
| Approval area | What to define | How to record |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | Shape, angle, length and intended technique | Drawing or approved photo plus model code |
| Diamond grip | Grip-zone position and acceptable texture | Visual and tactile comparison |
| Black finish | Coverage, color range and cosmetic limits | Controlled lighting and reference sample |
| Tip alignment | Permitted lateral and vertical offset | Magnified inspection |
| Contact zone | Location and acceptable length | Agreed contact-film or visual method |
| Closing force | Target range at a defined position | Recorded measurement method |
Run the same test on all five
- Clean and label samples 01–05.
- Inspect finish and diamond-grip consistency.
- Observe tip alignment through gradual closure.
- Map the contact zone using one agreed method.
- Measure force at the same handle position.
- Perform technique trials with representative lash fibers.
- Record successful pickup, slip, fiber damage and evaluator comments.
Do not approve the average
Each profile should pass its own critical requirements. A strong result from one tool cannot compensate for a misaligned tip or unsuitable contact zone on another. Define critical, major and cosmetic defects before testing.
Approve packaging and replacement codes
Number each case position and link it to the model code. State whether replacements must match the original black finish and diamond-grip pattern. If the set is private label, approve logo placement on both tools and case. Explore lash tweezer sets and custom tweezer packaging.
Request five model-specific samples
Send the five required model or SKU references, intended technique for each profile, preferred black finish, diamond-grip location, target force or tension method, contact-zone criteria, logo artwork, case layout and sample quantity. Ask for each sample to be numbered so the approval report cannot be confused.
