Seven tip profiles for technical evaluation

The TWEEZER WORLD® 7-Piece AI Optical & Semiconductor Handling Evaluation Set brings together seven distinct tweezer and contact-tip profiles for buyer trials in electronics assembly, optical-component support, semiconductor-related handling and laboratory work. Evaluate each tool against your own component, process, cleanliness and electrical requirements before approving a production specification.

Included profiles: Ultra-Fine Straight | Fine 30° | Fine 45° | Reverse Action | Ceramic Straight | Ceramic Curved | Non-Marring Contact.

What is in the set?

Tool Evaluation purpose What to check
Ultra-Fine Straight Direct access to small components and precision positioning Point width, closing alignment and force
Fine 30° Shallow angled access around nearby structures Approach clearance and visibility
Fine 45° Steeper angled approach for restricted locations Contact angle and component clearance
Reverse Action Self-closing hold during inspection or positioning Holding force and release control
Ceramic Straight Direct handling with a specified ceramic contact surface Ceramic grade, tip fit and compatibility
Ceramic Curved Angled access with a ceramic contact surface Curve geometry and surface contact
Non-Marring Contact Trial of a softer contact material on finished surfaces Marking, particle generation and material compatibility

For optical, AI hardware and semiconductor teams

This mixed set helps procurement and engineering teams compare access geometry, contact materials, grip and operator control for approved component-handling tasks. It may be considered for optical-module hardware, connector housings, populated PCB work, small mechanical parts and process-development trials. Selection for bare dies, exposed optical surfaces or other highly sensitive components requires a specific approved handling procedure; do not assume all seven tools are suitable for direct contact.

Sample approval and technical specification

Share the component drawing or reference sample, permitted contact area, cleanliness and particle limits, acceptable tip width, required tension, material requirements and any electrical test method. We can then review the exact tool configuration and provide agreed measurements and batch inspection criteria. Standard quality checks can include tip alignment, closing geometry, spring tension, working surface, finish and final hand inspection.

ESD note: The name of this evaluation set does not certify ESD performance. Ordinary stainless steel, ceramic and non-marring tips have different electrical properties. Request model-specific resistance or other test evidence where ESD control is required. Ceramic and non-marring material specifications should likewise be confirmed for each tool.

OEM, private label and wholesale

TWEEZER WORLD® manufactures precision tweezers in Sialkot, Pakistan. Buyers can discuss selected tip geometries, materials, handle finishes, laser identification, protective packaging and custom assortments. Confirm the final bill of materials, quantities, sample price and production lead time by quotation; sample evaluation should precede bulk approval.

OEM development and sample approval package

Build the approved seven-piece specification through a documented buyer review:

  1. Evaluation samples: review each tip profile with the actual component and approved handling method.
  2. Measured specification sheet: record model-specific material, overall length, weight, tip width and thickness, geometry, finish, tension and agreed inspection limits. Include magnetic and ESD test results only where measured for the exact model.
  3. Buyer logo and model numbering: approve marking artwork, its position and a distinct model number for each tool.
  4. Approved golden sample: retain a buyer-signed reference set for production comparison, with an agreed revision and approval date.
  5. Production packaging: confirm labels, inserts and final pack-out against the approved reference.

Rigid compartment case with protected tips

Specify a rigid case with a dedicated compartment for each model. Secure the bodies and protect each working tip from contact with other tools or the case during storage and transit. Mark each compartment or tool with its approved model number. Add a QR code to the case label or insert that opens the applicable model and batch specification, including the approved revision and batch identification. QR content and batch records should be checked before printing; packaging configuration and traceability are agreed during sample approval.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a fixed seven-piece assortment?

The seven profiles shown here define this evaluation set. Exact model codes, materials and dimensions are agreed during quotation and sample approval.

Are all seven tools ESD-safe?

No blanket ESD claim is made. Specify electrical requirements and request evidence for each selected model.

Can we change a tool or add our logo?

Yes. OEM customers can request a revised mix, model identification, branding and packaging subject to technical and quantity review.
