Evaluate eight complementary tweezers geometries for advanced packaging, photonics assemblies and approved semiconductor-component contact zones. TWEEZER WORLD® offers this product-development set for engineering teams, laboratories, technical distributors and OEM buyers comparing access, contact footprint, material and gripping force before selecting a production tool.
Eight-model configuration: Ultra-Fine Straight | 30° Fine | 45° Fine | Reverse Action | Ceramic Straight | Ceramic Curved | Controlled-Contact/Non-Marring | Micro-Paddle.
Request a quotation. This development configuration comprises one sample of each listed model. Final material identification, measured specifications, packaging, price and lead time are confirmed for the actual sample set. No physical inspection report or qualification is asserted by this page.
| Model | Evaluation purpose |
|---|---|
| Ultra-Fine Straight | Direct access and fine contact on approved component areas. |
| 30° Fine | Shallow-angle access and viewing clearance; 30° is a nominal design designation pending measurement. |
| 45° Fine | Side access around adjacent structures; 45° is a nominal design designation pending measurement. |
| Reverse Action | Self-closing retention and release at a measured force. |
| Ceramic Straight | Straight ceramic-contact geometry for representative-part trials. |
| Ceramic Curved | Curved ceramic-contact geometry for alternative access. |
| Controlled-Contact/Non-Marring | Contact footprint and marking trials on sensitive finished surfaces; non-marring performance is not yet verified. |
| Micro-Paddle | Small support/contact footprint evaluated against the component drawing and approved contact zone. |
Each physical sample must receive its own identifier and inspection sheet. Record actual measurements, instrument or test method, measurement conditions, inspector, date and agreed acceptance limits. A missing measurement remains pending and must not be recorded as passed.
| Required field | Current status and record requirement |
|---|---|
| Overall length | Pending physical measurement; record the actual value in mm. |
| Weight | Pending physical measurement; record the actual value in g. |
| Tip/contact width | Pending measurement; define the measurement location and contact footprint. |
| Tip/contact thickness | Pending measurement; define the location and method. |
| Closing force | Pending measurement; record force in N at a defined opening and grip position. Record reverse-action hold/release behavior separately. |
| Material identification | Pending confirmation; identify body, working tips, inserts and coatings separately, including grade or traceable material evidence where available. |
| Model-specific test status | Pending evidence; list each required test, method, conditions and result. Use “Not tested,” “Pending” or “Not required” where applicable. |
The same record requirements apply separately to all eight models. No numerical dimensions, weights or force values are published for unmeasured samples. Ceramic grade, polymer composition, steel alloy, magnetic response and electrical behavior are not inferred from appearance or model names.
Provide the component drawing and revision, dimensions, thickness, surface/coating and permitted contact areas. Distinguish packaged devices, bare dies, interposers, wafer coupons and optical parts. Identify active surfaces, optical faces, emitting apertures, microbumps, bond pads and wire bonds that the tool must not touch.
Follow the component manufacturer's handling instructions. Evaluate representative non-critical parts first. Where mechanical gripping cannot meet the contact restrictions, review an appropriate vacuum pickup, carrier or fixture. The micro-paddle is not automatically suitable for every die or wafer size.
No blanket ESD-safe, anti-magnetic, cleanroom-compatible or scratch-free claim applies. Ceramic and alternative-material contacts can still mark sensitive surfaces. “Controlled-Contact/Non-Marring” identifies the evaluation purpose; demonstrated performance requires a representative-surface test under the intended conditions.
Development priorities are customer-specific contact geometry, controlled closing force, reliable release and documented model selection. Changes to an approved material, tip geometry or force require review and renewed evaluation where applicable.
Options include laser logos, eight model identifiers, batch marking, tip guards, individual sleeves, a compartment case and technical cards linked to the sample records. Packaging contents are agreed in the quotation. A QR link should reference an actual controlled record; it is not itself evidence of testing.
Send your component drawing, permitted contact zones, required measurements/tests, sample quantity and delivery country to tweezersworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 321 6194723. Pricing, materials, packaging and lead time are confirmed after review.
Ultra-Fine Straight, 30° Fine, 45° Fine, Reverse Action, Ceramic Straight, Ceramic Curved, Controlled-Contact/Non-Marring and Micro-Paddle.
No unmeasured dimensions are asserted. Each physical sample requires its own length, weight, width, thickness and closing-force record.
No. Model-specific inspection evidence and customer application approval are required.
No. Confirm the result on the exact representative surface, contact geometry and force.
