Numbered Lash Academy Kits: Approval Records and Replacement Tool Codes
A numbered lash academy kit makes training, inspection and replacement easier only when the numbers connect to controlled model records. Position numbers alone are not enough; every tool needs a stable code that identifies the approved profile and replacement specification.
Number the kit in three places
Use the same identifier on the tweezer, its case position and the student or instructor record. This helps educators issue complete kits, identify missing tools and compare a returned tool with the approved reference.
Create an approval record

Retain a labeled reference kit for demonstrations and comparisons. Store it separately from daily student tools. A reference sample supports consistency but does not replace incoming inspection of later production.
Approve the kit through the real curriculum
- Define the lesson assigned to each tool.
- Inspect each numbered sample using the same method.
- Run pickup and isolation trials with the academy’s fibers.
- Approve case layout, care card and replacement sheet.
- Record critical and cosmetic acceptance criteria.
- Require notice before functional changes.
